Angelic Universal Regression Alchemy (A.U.R.A.) is a powerful and transformative Past Life Regression technique that guides you into deep connection with your Higher Self—the all-knowing aspect of you that holds the wisdom of your soul's journey.
A Sound Bath and Sacred Energy work are conducted before the hypnosis induction to support the client in reaching the Theta brain wave state more effectively. This process establishes an energetic connection to the Higher Self - Subconscious at the very start of the session, rather than later, allowing the Higher Self to help quiet the ego-mind and reduce interference. The induction itself is heart-centered and rooted in ancient wisdom and the “I AM” presence, creating a deeper, more fluid connection to the Higher Self throughout the experience.

Purpose of Regression Hypnosis:
The goal is to uncover and heal the root causes of emotional, mental, or physical challenges, which may be stored in the subconscious mind. By revisiting these past experiences, clients often gain:

Client Consultation-
A brief discussion to understand your intentions, concerns, and goals for the session. -
Sound Bath-
Singing Bowls are used to produce healing frequencies to relax the body and calm the mind, preparing you for deeper work. -
R.A.A.H. Reiki -
Energy work is conducted to cleanse and re-balance the energetic field. -
Induction-
The practitioner gently guides you into a relaxed state to access the subconscious mind. -
Exploration of Past Events-
You are guided to recall significant memories—spontaneously or through prompts—to uncover root causes of current challenges. -
Body Scan-
A connection is established with the Higher Self, who is then asked if it wishes to invite the presence of Archangels, Ascended Masters, Source, and other benevolent beings. Their assistance is requested to perform a full energetic scan of the body—identifying, clearing, and transmuting any negative energies, entities and other influences. -
End of Session- While in hypnosis we are able to ask your higher self up to 15 questions of your choice- Clients often come with a wide range of heartfelt questions. Some examples include: What is my soul’s origin and life purpose in this incarnation? Can I connect with the Higher Self of a loved one or pet who has crossed over? How can I gain clarity about my relationships, career, or current life path? Am I connected to galactic beings, archangels, Divine Mother, or benevolent spirit guides—and do they have messages for me?

Integration & Grounding-
The session concludes with grounding techniques to help you return to full awareness, carrying the healing and insights gained.
